Meet your AI team
Your roster of AI teammates, what each one does, and where to coach them.
Your AI Team is the place to see which AI teammates are available, what job each one has, and where to change its customer-facing behavior. Each card shows a role and a status, so start there whenever you are unsure which teammate to coach.
The important question is not “which setting controls this?” It is “which teammate does this job?” Choose the card that matches the customer interaction you want to change.
1 The roster
- Receptionist answers inbound calls. Coach this teammate when you want to change a greeting, the way common questions are handled, or the next step offered to a caller.
- Callback Pro follows up after a missed call. Use this teammate for the wording and behavior of that callback.
- Sales Caller calls people on a Call List and presents your offer. Use this teammate for outbound-call setup, the pitch, and test calls.
The card chip tells you the teammate's current state: On the job, Paused, Open role, or Coming soon. A role shown in the roster may not be active for your account yet. Check the chip before you expect it to handle work.
2 Choose the workspace that matches the job
Pressing Coach opens that teammate's workspace. The Receptionist and Callback Pro show Summary and Versions. The Sales Caller shows Setup, Skills, Test Call, and Versions.
Use the coaching chat for behavior: what to say, what to ask, and what next action to offer. Keep business facts such as hours and service areas in their relevant Settings sections, then test that the teammate uses them correctly.
Use the teammate's workspace in your test account for changes. Any customer can request a test account. Keep your review focused on the customer-facing job shown on the card, and contact Tradesly when your team has approved a result for live use.
3 The steps
Open Your AI Team in the test account.
Confirm the account or company name, then review the role and status on each card.
Pick the teammate that performs the job.
Use the Receptionist for inbound answers, Callback Pro for missed-call follow-up, and the Sales Caller for outbound calls.
Press Coach.
Open the teammate's workspace and describe one customer-facing outcome in plain language.
Review the result in the test account.
Use the test experience shown for that teammate and check the customer outcome you intended to change.
Record what was approved.
Note the teammate, the customer situation, and the result your team accepted. Contact Tradesly before relying on it in live work.
4 What to check after coaching
Listen for the behavior you changed and the next step that follows it. If you changed a greeting, confirm the business name as well as the tone. If you changed the Sales Caller pitch, confirm the offer and what happens when you object.
A test call is real. Use your own contact information and remove any unwanted booking or text it creates.
If the result is not what you intended, return to the same teammate's Coach chat with one specific customer example. Use Versions when you need to review an earlier test setup, and keep the decision record with the teammate your team actually reviewed.
