One Office, every brand
Work across your brands from one Office, with the company shown on each conversation.
If you cover more than one brand, you already know the bad version of this job: a login per brand, a tab per brand, and that half-second of dread when you pick up — which business did they just call? Answer in the wrong name once and the caller hears it, no matter how well the rest of the call goes.
In Tradesly, the companies available to you appear in one Office. The ticket gives you the company context to check before you speak.
1 One queue, not one per brand
Calls, texts and leads for the companies available to you are listed in your Office. You can work there without opening a separate session for every brand. Use Filters and Companies when you need to focus on one company, and Reset when you want the full list available to you again.
2 What to do next
Open your Office.
The heading reads Your Office and lists the conversations currently available to you.
Narrow to one brand when you want to.
Filters → Companies appears only on multi-company accounts; Reset restores the full list available to you.
Open a ticket and find Number called.
It's in the meta row, and it's the line the caller dialled — which is exactly which brand they reached.
Ask an admin if a company is missing or unexpected.
They can review your Role and Organizations in Users.
3 Check the brand before you answer
Before speaking, check the company on the conversation and Number called on the ticket. Then use the name and information shown for that brand.
“Thanks for calling Hartwell Plumbing, this is Maria.”
— not “uh, thanks for calling… us.” The visible company context removes the need to remember which line belongs to which brand. If the label or number looks wrong, pause and ask an admin rather than guessing.
When you open a conversation or step into a live call, read the company context and the conversation so far before responding.
4 Your access should match your work
The companies shown in your Office depend on the access assigned to your user. If a company is missing or unexpected, ask an admin to review your Role and Organizations in Users. Do not borrow another person's login to reach a company. Who works which brands explains the review.
