Many brands, one team — how it works

Give every brand its own customer experience while your team works from one Office.

  • Audience Admins

A group running several brands has one specific problem: every brand has to sound like itself, and nobody wants a separate phone system, separate logins, and a separate front desk for each one. Consolidate too hard and every brand answers the phone the same way; keep them apart and you're paying for the same office five times.

Tradesly lets each brand keep its own public identity while your team handles the work from one Office.

1 Give each brand its own identity

Set up and review each brand on its own:

  • Its own phone number. Customers call the number published for that brand.
  • Its own agent, coached in its own voice. Its own name, greeting, hours, services, pricing policy, and its own rules for when a person takes over.
  • Its own customer work. Conversations, bookings and records show the company they belong to.

Before publishing a number or going live, call it yourself and check the greeting, hours, services and booking behavior. Repeat that check after material changes.

2 What to do next

1

Ask Tradesly to add the next company.

Setting up your next brand lists the information and checks to complete before launch.

2

Decide who covers what.

Admins see every brand owned by the account. For an Agent, select the brands they cover under Organizations in Users. Who works which brands walks through the review.

3

Read the available views.

Use the company picker on the Dashboard to review one brand or the group option available to you. Group view and brand view: your numbers both ways explains what to compare.

3 One team answers for all of them

People who cover more than one brand can work from one Office instead of keeping a separate login open for each one. Tickets show the company and Number called, so staff can confirm the right name before they speak.

Admins choose each person's Role in Users. The Admin role sees every brand owned by the account; an Agent sees the selected Organizations. Review those settings whenever responsibilities change, and remove access promptly when someone leaves. Who works which brands covers that procedure.

4 What you consolidate — and what you deliberately don't

Your team gets one place to answer and one Dashboard for the companies available to them. The company picker lets an authorized user focus on one brand or view the group option shown on their account (Group view and brand view).

Brand identity still needs deliberate upkeep. Select the intended company before changing its profile, hours, service areas, agent coaching, phone setup, or integrations. Test the result for that brand before moving to the next one.

5 The payoff: the next brand is easy

Once Tradesly adds the company to your account, complete its profile, phone setup, agent coaching, and user access. The setup uses the same visible controls you use for your first brand.

This guide is the model; three other guides are where the doing happens.
