Group view and brand view: your numbers both ways
Use the company picker to read one brand or the group view available to you.
Two people ask about the numbers, and they're asking different questions. The brand manager wants their brand's day — just theirs, without seven siblings muddying the chart. The owner wants the portfolio — what did the whole group do, and which brand is the outlier. In most groups, answering both means two spreadsheets and an argument about whose is right.
On the Dashboard, the company picker changes the company view you're reading. Use a single brand for a focused review, or the group option available on your account for a portfolio check.
1 Brand view: one business, in full
Choose one brand to read its Needs attention, Won and Handled buckets and the vitals underneath. Check the selected company and timeframe before sharing or comparing a number. The Dashboard: what happened while you were away covers what's on the page.
2 Group view: the portfolio at a glance
The group option gives authorized users a portfolio summary. Use it to notice where Escalations climbed, where Answer rate changed, or which brand needs a closer look. It helps with questions such as:
- “Which brand's phones went soft this month?”
- “Did the weekend surge hit everyone, or just the HVAC brand?”
- “Which brand needs a closer review this week?”
Treat it as a starting point, not the whole diagnosis. A difference can reflect call volume, hours, seasonality, or configuration. Open the relevant brand and review its conversations before acting.
3 Moving between altitudes
Use the company picker to choose a single brand or the group option shown to you. When a number looks unusual, select the brand, keep the same timeframe, and inspect the conversations behind the result.
4 The steps
Open the Dashboard.
It's the first item in the top nav and carries the company views available to you.
Set the timeframe before anything else.
Last 7 days for the Monday read, Overnight or This weekend for the two windows nobody was watching, Custom for a specific stretch.
Use the company picker to choose the view.
Pick one brand or the group option available to your account.
Compare the vitals brand to brand.
Answer rate, Avg. speed to answer and Escalations are the three that can expose a brand drifting; a slower answer rate deserves a closer look.
Click into the odd number.
Needs attention, Won and Handled are clickable at either altitude, so a finding becomes the conversations behind it in one move.
Press Export CSV when it has to leave the screen.
It exports what you're reading — that timeframe, that altitude.
5 If a company is missing or unexpected
The picker reflects the signed-in user's access. An Admin should see every brand owned by the account. An Agent sees the brands selected under Organizations. If an account-owned brand is missing for an Admin, or an Agent sees the wrong brand, review the person's Role and Organizations in Users and contact support if the picker still differs. Who works which brands explains the review.
6 One habit worth keeping
Read the group option on Monday, then open a brand when something stands out. Keep the company and timeframe on every exported report so the reader knows exactly what the numbers cover.
