Meet the Sales Caller

An AI that calls new leads, pitches your offer, and books the job.

  • Audience Admins
  • Where AI Team › Sales Caller
  • Shape Setup · Skills · Test Call · Versions

The Sales Caller follows up with people your business is allowed to contact. It can introduce an offer, answer questions from the business information you approved, and help a customer take the next step without pulling a person away from an incoming call.

You remain in charge of the audience, the offer, the permitted hours, and when outbound calling is active. The Sales Caller does not find or buy contact information for you.

1 Where you shape the experience

Open Your AI Team and choose the Sales Caller. Its workspace has Setup, Skills, Test Call, and Versions.

  • Use Coach to describe the opener, offer, tone, and limits in plain language.
  • Use Setup to review calling readiness and the hours you permit.
  • Use Test Call to hear the experience on your own phone.
  • Use Versions when you need to review or restore earlier approved behavior.

A useful coaching request sounds like something you would say to a new employee:

“Open with the fall tune-up special. If they already have a maintenance plan, thank them and do not pitch.”

Keep the instruction focused on the customer experience. You do not need to describe how the product should implement it.

2 The steps

1

Coach the pitch.

Open Your AI Team, press Coach on the Sales Caller, and describe the offer, opener, questions it should answer, and situations that should reach a person.

2

Review Setup.

Read Ready to go live? and use any Fix → actions shown. Confirm your calling hours and complete your own consent and compliance review.

3

Place a test call.

On Test Call, enter your mobile in Number to call and press Call this number. Listen for the correct business name, offer, tone, and next step. A booking made during a test can appear on the real schedule, so remove it afterward if needed.

4

Choose the people to contact.

Create a Call List from contact information your business lawfully collected and is permitted to use.

5

Start when you are satisfied.

Turn on outbound calling from Setup, then use Start calling on the list you reviewed. Watch the on-screen status rather than assuming that enabled means a call is in progress at that moment.

3 What you can review afterward

Open the list to see the visible result beside each person. Open a completed conversation when you need to review what the customer heard or what follow-up your team owes. Use that evidence to improve the offer and coaching before the next run.

If a list is not moving, check the message shown on the list and the Sales Caller’s Setup tab. Correct the item the screen identifies; do not duplicate or repeatedly restart the list as a troubleshooting method.

4 Boundaries to keep clear

  • You provide the audience. The Sales Caller contacts leads and lists supplied by your business; it does not find or buy prospects for you.
  • You establish permission. Product controls support your process but do not decide whether a particular call is lawful.
  • It is a voice teammate. Text follow-up is configured separately.
  • You can stop the work. Use Stop calling before changing an offer, audience, or calling window.

Before using it with a customer list, follow Test the pitch on yourself first and review at least one complete test conversation.
