The danger zone
Permanently delete your account and its companies — read this before you continue.
Most Settings can be changed again. The Danger Zone is different: its reset removes your account instead of editing one company or one setting. Use it only when you intend to leave the current account and start again from signup.
Reset everything permanently deletes your account, associated companies and organizations, and login. It is not limited to the company currently selected, and it cannot be undone.
1 The steps
Export anything you must keep.
Download the reports and records your business needs before you open the confirmation dialog.
Open Danger Zone in Settings.
Read the message beside Reset my account data and stop if the reset is unavailable for your account.
Press Reset.
This opens the confirmation; it does not delete anything yet.
Read the scope and type your email.
The email must match the account shown in the dialog before the destructive action becomes available.
Press Reset everything only when you are certain.
The account is deleted, you are signed out, and you return to signup.
2 Before you open the confirmation
A reset is not a cleanup tool. If you need to rename a label, change business details, remove one teammate, cancel an appointment, or correct a coaching instruction, use the screen that owns that item. Those changes do not require deleting your account.
Make a short list of what the business must retain. Depending on how you use Tradesly, that may include reports, customer or conversation details, booking history, and the settings you would need to rebuild. The Dashboard: what happened while you were away explains how to export the current report selection.
Tell other admins before you continue. The reset removes the account they rely on too; it is not a private reset of your own screen or preferences.
4 What happens afterward
A completed reset signs you out because the login no longer exists. Returning to the product starts at signup, not at the company picker. If you expected to keep using the same account, stop before confirmation and ask support whether an ordinary edit will achieve what you need.
There is no recovery button after Reset everything. The email confirmation is the last checkpoint, so use it as a decision point rather than treating it as another form field.
