Integrations: your CRM, Calendly and webhooks

Connect the tools your team already uses and verify each connection before relying on it.

  • Audience Admins
  • Where Settings › CRM Integration

You should not have to replace a tool your team already trusts just to use Tradesly. Connect the systems that belong in the customer journey, then prove the connection with a test record before depending on it for live work.

1 What connects

  • CRM Integration — choose a supported CRM and follow the setup shown for that provider. Available providers and setup requirements appear in the picker.
  • Calendly — if scheduling runs through Calendly, connect it here. The nav item says Calendly; the card itself is titled “Scheduling”.
  • Webhooks — advanced event connections may be available for approved integrations. Keep setup and delivery details in authenticated technical documentation, and involve the person who owns the receiving system.

What a connection can read or write depends on the provider and the configuration shown in your account. Do not assume every provider supports the same records or actions.

2 The steps

1

Open CRM Integration in Settings.

The search box reads “Search for your CRM… e.g. ServiceTitan”. Search for the system your team uses and select the available result.

2

Follow that provider’s connection form.

Depending on the provider, you may sign in through its website or enter account details supplied by an administrator. Do not paste credentials into any field the connection screen does not request.

3

Check the card reads Connected.

If it says Needs attention instead, press Check now and follow the message shown before continuing.

4

Review Your details and Advanced.

Complete only the fields needed for your account, then press Save. Record the choices in your team’s operating notes so another admin knows what was approved.

5

Add Calendly if your meetings run there.

Press Connect Calendly, pick the event type it should use, then enable “Let the AI book meetings” when you are ready.

6

Use the authenticated webhook instructions when needed.

Do not copy public examples or guess at delivery settings. Ask support for the current technical guide and test plan for your account.

3 Prove the result before going live

The word Connected means the connection check succeeded; it does not prove that every record is mapped the way your business expects. Run one controlled example:

  1. Create or select a test customer that your team can clearly recognize.
  2. Complete the exact action you expect Tradesly to support, such as a test booking.
  3. Check both products for the customer, appointment time, job type, assigned person, notes, and timezone.
  4. Correct the settings or contact support before using the connection with customers if any required field is missing or lands in the wrong place.

Repeat this check after changing provider settings, job types, appointment types, or credentials.

4 Keep ownership clear

Choose one system as your team’s day-to-day authority for each kind of information and train staff to make corrections there. Avoid describing a connection as “two-way” or “read-only” unless that exact behavior is shown for the provider and account you have open.

Your Tradesly operating settings—such as services, hours, tone, and handoff rules—are managed in Tradesly. Provider records and available export or deletion options depend on the connected product and your agreements. Review those policies before promising a customer or employee that a record exists in only one place.

You can use Tradesly without an external CRM. If you disconnect one, read the Disconnect {CRM}? confirmation first, export anything your business needs, and verify the next live booking before assuming the new workflow is complete. For Calendly, use Disconnect Calendly and perform the same check.
