Booking alongside your CRM
Tradesly works with Jobber, ServiceTitan and HubSpot — it doesn't ask you to replace them.
If your team already works from Jobber, ServiceTitan, or HubSpot, you can keep that system at the center of your day. Connect it from Tradesly, follow the setup shown for your provider, and test the result before your team relies on it.
The connection lives in Settings under CRM Integration. Its card shows the current status and the actions available for that provider.
1 What flows where
Depending on your provider and setup, completed bookings and customer details can be sent to the CRM your office already uses. The exact destination and fields can vary, so use one controlled test booking to confirm what your team will see.
Tradesly still keeps the related conversation and ticket available in Office. If something does not appear where expected, use that ticket to verify the customer's details while you investigate the connection.
2 Know the status before you test
Connected means the account connection is available for use. Needs attention means you should open the card and follow the recovery instructions. Check now checks the connection again after you make a correction.
The Your details and Advanced sections contain provider-specific settings. Only change values you recognize. Record the previous value first, choose Save, and make another test booking after any change.
3 The steps
Open the integration settings.
In Settings, choose CRM Integration under Integrations.
Connect your provider.
Search for it, open its card, and follow the setup shown on screen until the card reads Connected.
Review the provider settings.
Check Your details and Advanced. If you change a setting, choose Save.
Make one test booking.
Use your own contact details, check the booking in Tradesly, then look for it in the place your team normally uses inside the CRM.
Recover a connection that needs attention.
If the card reads Needs attention, follow its instructions and choose Check now. If the test still fails, keep the Tradesly ticket and contact support before taking live bookings through the connection.
4 Before you rely on the connection
- Your CRM remains the place your team uses for its normal customer and dispatch work.
- A Connected status is not a substitute for a real test. Test again after changing account access, provider settings, job types, or scheduling settings.
- Do not create a second live booking just because it is slow to appear. Check the Tradesly ticket and your CRM first, then contact support if you cannot confirm the result.
