Your public booking page — and putting it on your own site

A branded page your customers can book from, plus the snippet that puts it on your own website.

  • Where Settings › SMS Registration

Some customers will happily call. Others would rather choose a time online and get on with their day. Your public booking page gives them that option in your branding.

The link and website code live in Settings, on the SMS Registration card under Phone & Texting. View page opens the customer-facing page. Embed on your site opens the code you can give to the person who manages your website.

If online booking is enabled, the page shows the times currently offered for booking. If your business uses arrival windows, customers see windows; if you use exact times, they see times. Review the page after changing your hours or services so you know what customers will see.

1 What's on the page is yours to change

The page asks for the customer's contact details, service address, the work they need, and a suitable time. Book It finishes a self-booking. If none of the offered times works, the customer can ask your business to follow up instead.

The service list comes from Service Types or Job Types, depending on your setup. Your company details come from Business Profile, and scheduling choices come from Business Hours and Arrival Windows. After any change, refresh the public page and check it yourself.

2 Putting it on your own website

The same page can also open from your own website. Embed on your site opens the website snippet, and Copy code copies it. Give that code to your website manager, or follow your site's instructions for adding custom code. Preview the site on both a phone and a computer before publishing the change.

3 If online booking isn't switched on

When self-booking is off, the page can show Request service instead. That form collects the customer's details and request without confirming an appointment. Your office can then contact the customer and choose a time. If you expected self-booking but see the request form, contact support@tradesly.ai.

4 The steps

1

Open the page settings.

In Settings, choose SMS Registration under Phone & Texting.

2

Review the live page.

Select View page and read it as a customer. Save the address if you plan to share the direct link.

3

Correct what customers see.

Check the company details, services, and times in Business Profile, Service Types or Job Types, Business Hours, and Arrival Windows as needed.

4

Add it to your website.

Select Embed on your site, then Copy code. Add it through your website provider and preview the result.

5

Make one test booking.

Use your own contact details and finish with Book It, then confirm that the appointment appears on the Board. If you use a connected CRM, check it there too.

5 Where a booking goes

A completed booking should appear on your Board. If your business uses a connected CRM, it may also appear in the place your team normally manages work. Use the test above after setup or a major settings change. If the booking is missing, keep the customer's confirmation details and contact support before sharing the page widely.
