Your leads in one place
Find the people your team may need to contact and review the visible context before acting.
The Leads page gives your team one place to find people who may need attention. Use it as a review surface: narrow the list, open the person, verify the context and contact permission, then choose the appropriate next action.
Admins see Call Lists and People. Other roles may open directly to the people they are allowed to view. The page and filters reflect the company and permissions in your current workspace, so check the company name before working in a multi-brand account.
1 What you can see
The tiles and filters help you find a manageable group. Depending on your account, you may see New leads, Follow-ups due, and Won, plus search, status, and sorting controls.
Open a person before contacting them. The card presents the available sections such as Next step, What they need, Details, and Conversation. Read the visible history rather than assuming the latest label tells the entire story.
Two entries that look similar are not proof that they are the same person, and one entry is not proof that every open request belongs together. Verify the recipient and job before sharing private history or making a promise.
2 The steps
Open Leads from the top nav.
If you are an admin, select People when the page opens on Call Lists.
Choose the company you intend to work in.
In a multi-brand account, confirm the workspace before searching, exporting, or contacting anyone.
Narrow the list.
Search “Search by name, phone, or email…”, choose an available status, or sort by Follow-up soonest, Newest first, Oldest first, or Name A–Z.
Open the lead.
Read Next step, What they need, Details, and the recent Conversation. Confirm the requested service, last commitment, and who owns the next action.
Review contact restrictions.
Treat every visible opt-out or do-not-call status as a stop sign. Do not switch channels or create a new list to work around it. If the statuses conflict, pause and ask an admin or support to review the record.
Choose the next action shown in your account.
A staff member can continue an eligible conversation from the record. Admins can manage separate Call Lists from the Call Lists tab.
3 Importing and Call Lists are separate
Import CSV adds people for review; it does not start outreach. Upload a list on the Call Lists tab creates an outbound calling list. Keeping those actions separate lets an admin inspect the data and permission basis before any real call is started.
Do not assume that a filtered People view can be converted directly into a Call List unless that action is actually present in your account. Importing leads from a spreadsheet covers the People import, while Call Lists: dormant spreadsheets become revenue covers outbound lists.
4 When the history looks wrong
Stop before contacting the person if the card shows the wrong company, conflicting jobs, an unfamiliar phone number, or an outcome that does not match the conversation. Contact support with the lead or ticket identifier and a short description. An identifier is usually safer and more useful than emailing a full customer record or screenshot.
