Watching a list run

One pill and one number tell you everything — is this list calling, and how many are left.

  • Audience Admins
  • Where Leads › Call Lists

After you press Start calling, the Call List shows enough information to answer two questions quickly: is this the list you intended to run, and what still needs attention?

The Calling pill identifies the active list. The number above left to call shows the remaining work. Open the list when you need the status of one person or want to review a completed result.

1 Read the visible status first

Do not infer activity from the on/off setting alone. The list card and the Sales Caller’s Setup tab show the current status and any action required from you.

Inside a list, a person may be shown as Queued, Calling now, Called, Do not call, or Skipped. Treat these as operational labels:

  • Queued means no completed result is shown yet.
  • Calling now identifies the current conversation.
  • Called includes the outcome recorded for the attempt.
  • Do not call means you must not try to work around the suppression.
  • Skipped means the row was not called; open it or review the displayed reason before deciding what to do.

If a label or outcome looks wrong, stop the list before changing its audience or the Sales Caller’s coaching.

2 The steps

1

Open Leads and select Call Lists.

Find the list you started and confirm that it carries the Calling pill.

2

Read left to call.

Use the number as a quick progress check, then open the list if you need to understand an individual result.

3

Review the people shown.

Read the status and disposition beside each person. Open completed conversations when the outcome needs context.

4

Use Stop calling before making a change.

Pause when the offer, audience, permitted hours, or coaching needs review. Return to Start calling only after the correction is complete.

5

Choose a deliberate next action.

When the screen shows the list is complete, use Add people for newly reviewed contacts or Retry now only for people the interface presents as eligible. Do not re-upload the same file as a shortcut.

3 If the list is quiet

Start with what the product shows rather than trying to diagnose the calling system:

  • Open the Sales Caller’s Setup tab and read the current badge.
  • Review Ready to go live? for an item with a Fix → action.
  • Confirm that you selected the intended list and that left to call is above zero.
  • Confirm that the permitted calling window is open for the people being contacted.
  • Open a specific person if the list shows a suppression or skipped result.

Correct the issue named on screen. Repeatedly toggling controls, duplicating a list, or re-uploading the file makes the history harder to review and does not solve an unknown problem.

If the status still does not explain the pause, contact support with the list name, the approximate time you expected activity, and a conversation or lead identifier if one is available. Avoid sending customer phone numbers or unrelated personal information in an ordinary email.

4 Review quality, not just completion

A list reaching zero tells you the run is finished; it does not tell you whether the offer worked. Review a sample of completed conversations, compare the outcomes with the goal of the list, and adjust one clear part of the coaching at a time. Place another test call to your own phone before restarting customer outreach.
