Your business profile
Your name, contact details, location and timezone live here — the AI and every page read from it.
When a caller asks “who am I calling?” or “where are you based?”, the answer they hear comes from one place: your business profile. Your name, your type of business, your contact details and where you are all live here — and the AI and every page read from it.
That's the point. There is no script to keep in sync with a website to keep in sync with what the AI says on the phone. You write it once, here, and it's true everywhere at the same moment.
1 The steps
Open Info in Settings.
It's the first section under Company. The card is titled Business Profile.
Press Edit.
Until you do, the page is read-only — you're looking at exactly what the AI is using right now.
Work down the four groups.
Identity is Company Name, Website and Type; Contact is Business Phone and Email; then Location and Timezone.
Leave the AI Line alone.
It sits in Contact and it's read-only — that's the line your AI answers on, not a field to edit.
Press Save changes.
Or Cancel and nothing happened. If you wander off with an edit open, the page warns “You have unsaved changes.”
2 What lives here
- Identity. Company Name — the name your AI answers in — plus your Website and the Type of business you run.
- Contact. Your Business Phone and Email: how customers reach the business outside of a call. AI Line sits here too, shown read-only.
- Location. Where the business is based.
- Timezone. The clock everything else is read in — your hours, your bookings, and every time shown on your Dashboard.
3 How editing works
Business Profile uses the read-first gesture you'll see across Settings: you see the value exactly as it stands today, press Edit to change it, then Save changes — or Cancel, and nothing has happened. There's no autosave surprise, and unsaved work warns you before it's lost. What customers hear never changes until you save it.
4 Get the details right, not the adjectives
The profile isn't decoration — a caller can hear every field on it. Your Company Name is said out loud on every call. Your Type shapes what the AI expects to be asked about. Your Location and Timezone decide what “tomorrow morning” means when it books.
Two habits pay off:
- Put the number you want called in Business Phone. It's your published contact number, and it's separate from the read-only AI Line above it.
- Update it when the business changes. New owner, new address, new phone — if it's true now, it belongs here now, because the phone is answering from this page tonight. The story — what you're known for, how you price, what you won't take on — is coaching, not a field: see Meet your AI team.
5 One profile per company
The profile belongs to the company you have open. If you run more than one brand, each brand keeps its own profile — its own name, its own number, its own address — so each brand's AI answers as itself, never as a sibling. Many brands, one team explains how that works across a group.
