How to request deletion of your data
If you would like to delete your data associated with Tradesly Ads, you can do so by following these steps:
Email us at privacy@tradesly.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
Include the email address associated with your account
We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days
What data we delete
When you request data deletion, we remove:
Your account profile and login credentials
Ad account and Facebook Page connection details
Campaign configurations and creative assets created through our platform
Lead data retrieved from Meta lead forms
Performance and analytics data associated with your ad accounts
What happens to active campaigns
If you have active campaigns running on Meta, we will pause them before deleting your data. Once deleted, campaigns will need to be managed directly through Meta Ads Manager.
Automatic deletion via Facebook
You can also remove Tradesly Ads' access to your data by going to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → removing Tradesly Ads. This revokes our access immediately. To also delete stored data, please email us as described above.
